The North-east monsoon season is in the air. The temperature in Chennai drops to 26 Celcius inside the house, and this little wet crow found shelter on the jasmine tree behind my kitchen balcony. Deuuh ngahodhod tariris euy…

I have got used to living in Chennai with temperature of 32 Celsius , putting on light thin daily garment. But now we put on double t-shirt and long sleeve garment and sock for baby David, because the climate is soooo chilly for us :) . Heavy downpour everyday and nonstop raining here. I am wondering what is happening to these people on the street who don’t have shelter for living or doing their business on the road.

There would be a lot of fallen trees on the road, flooding and stagnates would affect the business here. On Saturday morning, some of my husband’s team members called him to tell that they could not attend the training on that day because of the flood near their place. It seems business would be slowing down in this monsoon season.

As usual we have power cut from 9 PM till 9 AM horaaaay!!!! We had mosquito party last night :) . Oh well… there are a lot to tell but you know, ‘the red tape’ is sitting next to me now so… bye for now and I shall write more about my ‘lovely’ daily living in Chennai at some other time.

Have a blessed Monday Pals……. I wish you would love your chilling days :) .

I have just learnt that Amazing Race episode 5 has put their Pit Stop in Chennai. Do you wanna see how people who used to live in the first world country then suddenly have to deal with ‘daily problems’ in traveling in Chennai? Just read from here.

4,5 months ago I arrived in Chennai and every single day I struggled to accept and adjust myself into the system here. Now I am quite ok…. able to smile and enjoy… when things happen beyond my ‘simple mind’ and yet…..IMHO, People here are verywell educated, their technologies are advance but yet to ‘run’ day to day live… Chennai is still traditional, left behind and very well ‘unorganized’.

Gue ngga maksud komplen… cuman share ajah :)
